A gardener could spend all day working on a garden but miss some leaves on a path while cleaning up. They could spend two hours trimming a hedge but not quite get it straight, or fail to notice it’s diseased and then not treat the problem. It’s these little things that spoil the impact of an otherwise good job and we strive to avoid them. We want your garden to look great when we leave, every time. 

Effective Time Management

When faced with multiple tasks within a garden, it’s important to manage the allotted time efficiently. It’s common for gardeners to get carried away with a specific issue, not be mindful of time and suddenly have to rush to make an impression before they leave. The results of this are never great. When we visit a garden, we make a prompt assessment of where to focus our attention for the most impact, drawing upon our experience and relationship with the customer to make decisions that fit their priorities. 

Health Check

Many gardeners work to make your property neat and tidy but fail to spot health issues with your plants. A garden that looks neat but is suffering from diseases, malnutrition or a lack of water won’t look good for long, so we carry everything we need to bring suffering plants back to their best, from sprays to fertilisers, soil testing kits to ph adjusters. We want your garden to look great and be healthy - we want it to be All Good. 

Consistency

Customers often tell us of their previous gardeners, who begin well but appear to drop their standards as time goes on. We want to be the last gardeners you ever have, which is why we endeavour to keep the quality of our work consistent. 

Communication

We don’t think it’s right to pay for a service without knowing exactly what you paid for, so we include this information in every invoice. A list of works completed, materials used and notes on proposed future works lets you know what’s going on and where your garden’s headed. We also notify you in advance of our visit, to make sure our timing is convenient.
